As a prenatal yoga instructor, I like to suggest that people do cat/ cow in the evening before they go to sleep. This posture can be really helpful since it rocks the baby out of your pelvis and can take some of the pressure off your lower back. Sometimes when we've been upright all during the day, standing or sitting, gravity can pull the baby downwards placing more pressure on our lower back (and bladder). Taking a few minutes to do cat/cow before you get into bed in the evening can help make you more comfortable during the night. Who knows, you might not even have to get up to go to the bathroom as many times - no promises on that one though, since it is nature's way of getting you ready to get up during the night with your new baby!!!
