Our relationship begins with home visits to explore birthing options and come up with a
comfortable birth plan for you and your family. We will meet several times during your
pregnancy to get to know each other. When you are in labor I will come to your home and
help you know when to go to the hospital. If you are having a home birth, I will support you
before and after the midwife arrives.

I can offer a wide range of comfort measures to support you during your labor. These
include massage, position changes, heat and cold, accupressure and training in hypnosis
techniques if you would like.

I will liason with hospital staff and act as your advocate.
